    We have experience in writing a sales strategy for a business to fit with, and work (as it has to) with a business plan, marketing strategy, its people and clients - both existing, and yet to be met. We are highly involved with our clients in this process. Senior people we partner wth assist us in this process; people who have built and sold businesses.

    Data can be an “ugly” word and very simply we use research and information to create a structured and high performing sales operation. We use tools for data research, live sales information, and reporting. Pipelines and accountability are important to us and our clients.

    People are important to us. It is our business. People are our clients, those we sell to, and our partners. We work with all to deliver sales. We have trained, set up from scratch sales teams that have delivered. People operate to method, data, and utilise tools. It works, it really does!

    Tools and methodology are vital to our approach. We use standard sales approaches blended with our psychology approach. We have a lot of outside experience and talent to draw upon. We use technology to drive sales. We draw upon data that feeds our process, tools, and people.

    We deliver results and pride ourselves at this history. What are results? New clients, new sales revenue, higher margins or profit, product, services? It all depends on what is needed. We are here to help.

    As well as working with Lancaster University Management School and its resources, we partner with people we have known and worked with for years. Individuals who have set up and sold businesses, or specialists in fields such as telephone sales, data analytics, marketing, or creative for example.

Point is we know what we are talking about. BUT, we can build from scratch and create. We are not slaves to tools or method.
