A leading finance brand based in central Manchester is looking for a digital Performance Director, who can set up and run a below the line digital marketing team, as the business looks to take digital marketing in-house.
Whilst a media role, the person would also be involved in the development of the group’s web brands as they look to re-launch.
You’ll be very familiar with digital media via a CPC model, i.e. paid search, affiliate, re-marketing, and possibly programmatic display, and ideally will also understand earned media including SEO.
This is a successful, established and respected company that is financially regulated by the FCO and works in the provision of sub-prime financial products, one amongst approximately twenty companies in the UK.
It is a challenging area for marketing, but you’ll be versed in acquisition marketing, and used to managing sizeable monthly budgets, in excess of £200k per month.
The leadership team are fully behind the setup and growth of a digital marketing team, and this is a good opportunity for someone looking for a step up, a change, or maybe a move from agency.
The package will reflect the hard work that will be needed to build the digital media team (currently one PPC person), drive the business metrics, and help with the role out of new websites and products.
