An established leading integrated agency with headquarters in Leeds is looking for a Head of Digital Media to lead and grow the digital media team, whilst driving paid and earned media on behalf of blue chip clients.
A senior role with a bias toward below the line; it is a good opportunity for a person who takes responsibility for their team and clients, is an entrepreneur as they develop the team and its product and service offering.
You should possess at least 8 years digital media experience, have managed staff, and be commercially aware . You will have a passion for agency work, and also enjoy pitching for new business as part of your remit.
You need to be a person, business, and thought leader – galvanising staff and clients, inspiring them to produce results.
You will identify trends and best advise the agency and its clients on their use of digital media, whilst representing the agency externally.
